Paul Harmes
Paul is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOSC)
Paul trained for four years at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), achieving the Master of Osteopathy degree, as well as a diploma in Sports Massage. He has been practicing for over a decade.
Paul takes a structural approach to osteopathy, and strongly believes that a patient must be given the tools and advice to help themselves, as well as the necessary hands-on treatment. He has had particular success in treating headaches and migraines, in addition to the usual back, neck and joint pains that osteopathy is very effective at treating.
Paul has spent much of his career working in Marylebone, and has gained a solid reputation with professional athletes, celebrities and world leaders. Treating all patients in an atmosphere of utmost discretion.
To see Paul, his fees are as follows:

Lexi Roup
Lexi is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOSC)
Lexi is a young, dedicated, and compassionate osteopath who graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a passion for treating and enhancing the wellbeing of expectant mothers, new mothers, and their babies.
By the using gentle but effective principles of cranial osteopathy, Lexi aims to promote relaxation and help ease any discomforts brought upon by pregnancy, labour, and the physical demands of motherhood. Cranial osteopathy is also beneficial in releasing any tensions that your baby may have developed during pregnancy and delivery. Using gentle cranial techniques, Lexi will focus her treatments around rebalancing your baby’s whole body as well as releasing tensions around their mouth to allow your baby to breast and/or bottle feed more easily.
Additionally, Lexi is a qualified clinical Pilates therapist and integrates Pilates exercises into her treatment plans, empowering her patients with the tools to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture. These customised exercises not only aid in alleviating discomfort but also promote a smoother pregnancy, easier labour, and a quicker postpartum recovery. Prior to beginning her osteopathic journey, Lexi spent many years dancing professionally where she began to combine her passions of health and movement together.
Lexi also holds qualifications in sports massage, iridology, dry needling (Western Medical Acupuncture) and Buccal massage (a technique aimed at relieving jaw tension). Although she has a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics, Lexi also enjoys treating patients from a variety of different backgrounds where she adopts a mainly structural ‘hands on’ approach to treatment. Lexi aims to engage, inspire and empower her patients within each treatment session, allowing them to experience ease and relief from their presenting symptoms.
